Payment Details:
• Reservation made more than 3 months prior to arrival, deposit 30% of the whole booking, the rest 70% pay in 1 month before arrival date.
• Reservation made within 3 months prior to arrival, deposit 50% of the whole booking, the rest 50% pay in 1 month before arrival date.
• Reservation made within 1 month prior to arrival, pay 100% of the whole booking.

• Check in after 12.00 hr , check out before 12.00 hr
• Maximum occupancy for Villa Baya is 2 adults plus 1 child and for Villa Eva is 4 adults plus 2 children
Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation made within 14 days prior to arrival (at 12.00 PM, Thailand local time) will be subject to a 1 night charge. Cancellation made
within 7 days prior to arrival (at 12.00 PM, Thailand local time) will be subject to a 100% charge of the whole booking.
